Using dumbbells, the speed and position of both sides are all different. Is this really something to be given to beginners? 😢

Using dumbells. Its easier on my wrists
I'm a complete beginner, but 30kg on one side feels light.
This stimulates deeper than the leg.
It seems to be subtly stimulating.
It's really hard for someone who doesn't exercise to start... I don't even know how to motivate myself... I guess I have to keep at it consistently? I'm on day 4 now...

There is too much stimulation in the trapezius area and the back of the neck.
The other day, they told me to use 10kg, but suddenly today they say the warm-up set is 10kg and the main set is 15kg. Is the AI crazy?
I thought it was good for one set, but while doing the second set, I got a cramp in my stomach.
