Is it normal to feel stimulation in the lower body while doing it?
💪🦍 trying to get that gorilla muscler chest..
👏
This is different from the shoulder press, right??🏋️♂️
Is it wrong that only my thighs hurt and not my butt?ㅠ
If you relax your shoulders, your trapezius will be less engaged + think of holding the dumbbell with your middle and ring fingers.
It seems like the right side is working well, but when I do the left side, it feels like the trapezius is working more. Why is that? Is it because my body is unbalanced?
Today is leg day. The list of exercises was relatively short. I should have noticed from the beginning that the leg exercises were light. During the warm-up stretching, I realized why I loosened my back and sides. Ah... the crunches are more than usual, 16 reps per set.
🥵
135 is max on the one at my gyms I go to.. 💪🦍

Is there no one here????
No, what are you trying to do with 70 and 12? Are you suggesting we make breast juice?
It's easier than that 암 walking thing, so I'm giving it a thumbs up 🦍🦍

Do not tense your arms and body; feel it as if you are touching your side.
I'm feeling a rebound in my body and it's shaking too much, so I'm doing it one side at a time. The stimulation is much better.
This... doesn't touch the floor... is that okay...? It's floating ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Is it because I'm a little person?
broke my wrist couple months ago and it’s pissing me off😭😭
