So what would I put for the "Reps" on this? It's default to 14. What does that even equate to? Seconds walked? Steps? I do 60 second laps around my gym.

And when you contract, leaning back will engage your traps. Make sure to keep your waist fixed. Hold the weight lightly, and once your posture is stable, increase the weight.
