Does this hurt your back?
So what would I put for the "Reps" on this? It's default to 14. What does that even equate to? Seconds walked? Steps? I do 60 second laps around my gym.

My back hurts a bit; what could be the problem?
Sometimes it’s your own mind holding you back I’ve been doing 140 instead of 120. Push your weight and just see how it feels!
Why does the instructions say stand but the picture is sitting I am comfused
how would one do this? 15 reps each leg?
Every time I do the real last round, it feels like my eyes are going to pop out of their lenses, is this right...?

Push your hips back, keep your chest open, and proceed in the order of relaxing the shoulders, elbows, and fully extending the elbows. Doing this will make you feel your lats. And when you contract, leaning back will engage your traps. Make sure to keep your waist fixed. Hold the weight lightly, and once your posture is stable, increase the weight.
Go down and don't come all the way up, just come up halfway and give it a bounce. Your butt will go in.
Tricep finisher squeeze
The area just above my wrist hurts; is that normal?
14 kilos for 14 reps... but since I don't have a 14-kilo dumbbell, I'll just do 12 reps with 15 kilos... please understand...

Isn't it too much to do push-ups after push-ups?
I love this one it makes me feel like I'm working my whole upper body.
