This is the most strenuous one I've done on here. Gave me a little headache
on 18kg now, only couple weeks ago i was on 12kg
Don't fuss, it will go up on its own.

2 weeks in to using the app and I feel great. I’m so motivated to keep going. 💪
5 kilos, 13 times, a total of 4 sets ㅠㅠ This is the weakest.
Only my neck muscles hurt.
Hard? Then don’t stop !

Loving this one and feeling stronger. I do 10 sets of 15 reps with a 6kgs medicine ball. 10 secs rest between each set 🔥.. 3 weeks in and the hard work is paying off. Keep pushing guys!
