2 weeks in to using the app and I feel great. I’m so motivated to keep going. 💪
5 kilos, 13 times, a total of 4 sets ㅠㅠ This is the weakest.
Only my neck muscles hurt.

Loving this one and feeling stronger. I do 10 sets of 15 reps with a 6kgs medicine ball. 10 secs rest between each set 🔥.. 3 weeks in and the hard work is paying off. Keep pushing guys!
I currently have 28 sets... How high can this go...?
Is it correct that the muscles on the back side are also engaged?
25 kg plates (both sides). Does it mean 25 kg plates on each side or in total 25 kg
Looking for an underhand grip or reverse grip for this one.
