The forearm and trapezius are mentioned, but there's no way to avoid using the trapezius and forearm. If the weight goes up to a high load, you can use straps. No matter what tips you hear, the biceps and forearm get worn out. The body cannot control each muscle individually.

I said to myself I refuse to do any workout Until I master pull up’s 31 days later I started off with one to 10 assisted with bands five days later I was doing one to 10 without bands now I do 30 street Will power nothing special🔥🔥
Why do they only recommend machines that are not available so well?
@지헿 try not to have your wirst at an angle instead have it all straight maybe?
Women should be careful to avoid excessive hyperextension of the waist!
I can't stabilize it with two, so can I do it with one?
