Can I do this on my knees? It seems like the stimulation is stronger.

How does this plates count? It both side which means if I have 5 lbs each sides is it counted as 10lbs?
Ah... Until now, it wasn't an AI-recommended break, but I set it to 50 seconds and took a 50-second break... When I changed it to AI recommendation, it immediately became 20 seconds without any cuts...
It feels like a blessing when it seems like I'm going to die, for real.
