"Dumbbell pro and this is ㅅ"
LOL, I can't believe it's just a fist, but what are the comments? Wow!
Oh Captain! My Captain!
The kettlebell starts from 4 kilograms.
I got annoyed seeing a toad in the mirror.
I didn't know it would come off the floor, lol.
It was definitely 60kg including the basic weight when I first started, but why is it 115kg now? What’s going on?
Hahaha, why is everyone so angry? Hahaha!
Usually, gyms have weights in increments of 50, 60, and 70, right? They consistently recommend 55, 65, and 75!!
How do I do this?...
Ha... I'm really frustrated... Why is it so hard?
Is it correct to do it alternately on both sides? The video only shows one side.
Ah, I'm embarrassed to do it at the gym.
Is it normal for it to make a cracking sound from the shoulder?
@Haerui, there will be a ring caught. You need to grab the handle and turn it outward while adjusting it.
It's really cool.
Starting at 40 kilos
I'm doing 30 reps with 10kg, but I'm not feeling much of a stimulus... How many should I do?
250 for 4x8 that’s where I feel it 🦍
Is it okay that my knees are hurting while I'm holding on...?
