I was doing bench press and dropped the dumbbell, hitting my forehead...
What should I do if my shoulder hurts?
If I change the shape of the handle, do I need to increase the weight?
Can I use dumbbells?
While showing my belly fat, I become motivated to work hard.
Been looking it up on YT for years. No one really has a ‘right’ answer. Are you supposed to lie down before switching sides or move continuously keeping your shoulders off the floor?
Slowly relaxing while enduring is the taste of patience.

I was resting and saw the comments, and I burst out laughing, so I feel too drained to continue... so I'm subtly trying to reduce the number of them, haha.
When doing core exercises while lying down, never look at the mirror next to you; it only makes you feel self-doubt.
Able to do 55kgs easily now!
