Why is this so fast??
After making me do the overhead press, do you think I can hear this too? I usually can't hear anything anyway...

Brothers, I'm doing 32 kg for 15 reps in 4 sets. Is low weight and high repetition more effective? ใ

It feels comfortable to lower it with the feeling of supporting it with my elbow when it falls, and it doesn't strain the joints. Three sets.
Our gym machines are strange... I can't lift more weight than the empty squat.

The Prime incline bench is really bad.
The equipment for inserting into a rectangle weighs 75kg, but I feel like the equipment for inserting discs, which weighs 40kg, is harder. Is it usually like this?
Leaning your upper body slightly forward will feel good! ๐ช

It seems quite good to slightly bend the upper body forward while contracting to engage the pectoral muscles.
