PT teacher told me to lift this with a barbell plate instead of a dumbbell, so I'm sharing it. It seems much better and the balance between my right and left arms is good.

I saw a woman sitting on the chest press for 10 minutes just looking at her phone, so I tried it for the first time and it was fun.
Do we need to jump or just stretch at the last?

It feels like more bicep to me
Why are you suddenly raising it by 4 kilos...?
I do floor presses instead of these
going down in weight does NOT feel good
Does total include the weight of the bar?
I don't feel my back, only my triceps. What should I do?
