Do I add the machine resistance to the total weight? So 20kg plates plus 11.3kg resistance weight?
Are you skipping abs?
It would be good to feel like you're pulling your neck forward like a turtle and then bringing your shoulder blades together.
Warm up your chest. Maintain your abs, keep your waist tight, and extend your elbows!!!

Why do I feel something in my chest?
No.. It's the first day of exercise, and the warm-up is 20 kilos while the main set is 40 kilos.. I can barely manage with 10 kilos.
