I don't care about Nam Si-seon, but after making eye contact with the trainer while exercising, I've decided that I shouldn't do it again.
Ah, I thought I had to do 20 for one set, so I did 20, but it's 10? No wonder it was really hard.
Is it normal for only my back and waist to be tense? How can I apply strength like that?
