If you ladies are going to exercise like that, at least start with something else first...
1. Raise the collarbone to the ceiling (naturally, the waist arches) 2. Press the shoulders down and push the elbows back as they are 3. The shoulders should not drop when pushing 4. Maintain the collarbone towards the ceiling
Can people with hip joint issues do it?

Sitting on the floor and practicing Tanglangquan is like a dog tasting a chicken.
It's not my chest that's tight, but my armpit. Is this correct?
When I stand up, my back hurts, so lying down seems to stimulate my abdomen much better.
Even with 8 kg dumbbell lateral raises, I didn't feel much stimulation, but with cables, even 5 kg provides a proper stimulus... Everyone, do cable lateral raises!
