Why does my shoulder hurt?
The machine is too smallㅜ I can barely get into a proper position sitting on the edge of the chair.
Essentially, a weight disclosure machine.
Even lifting 5kg, my wrist hurts a lot.
I reflect on how I neglected my shoulders.
It feels really good; it seems like this works better for my back than lat pulldowns.
Are you saying to do it with 5 kilos on a machine that can handle 85 kilos??
Is this saying to just do bodyweight exercises with 0 weights? Just by itself without any dumbbells???
