What can I use as a substitute if there is no lat pulldown at the gym?
They said to only get help for 30 kilograms, knowing how much I weigh. 🔥

My left arm is much weaker than my right arm. Should I lift a little heavier with my left arm to train it, or should I just use the same weight for both sides?
Is it correct to recommend this exercise for back workouts?
@Ceresko, I disagree it think the treadmill is harder on the knees. With the bike the warm up with no resistance for 5 min then really crank it up and go for it maybe you need more of a fight. That or I'll skip both and go for a run thru a trail
Is each set 1 different side of arm?

I will come back to this exercise when I have built up my shoulders a bit and feel confident in my workout...💪
It is set up one side at a time, so is it one side per set? If the total weight is for both sides in one set, then it doesn't match.
