I wonder if this is what it feels like to see a freshly caught fish in slow motion.
Is it better to do this easily?
It feels like only my triceps are getting tired ใ
I haven't removed pull-ups from my routine for about 6 years, and I think it's the exercise that has given me the most significant progress in back workouts.
Ima be honest these ainโt to bad
When I just did it, only my trapezius hurt, but when I tilted the bench and did it there, the stimulation was intense.

It really feels like it's going to fall off above the elbow.
Use dumbbells to feel it
It hurt
Increased weight from 27.5 to 32.5 & held 1st set for 30s. 2nd & 3rd set for 40s.
I do the crying version of this exercise and it helps to attract spotters...

The dumbbells are too heavy now..
