At our gym, there's no cable machine, but if you set the incline bench and do bicep curls, it's really great! 💪😘
If shoulder stability and flexibility are secured, it is one of the best side and rear exercises.
My hands are shaking, so I double-clicked to complete the set.

Guys, really helpful tip if you’re cramping in your hamstrings. Pull your toes towards your shins. Idk why, but it helps a lot of the cramps to go away. It helped me at least.
Seated with dumbbells is a bit more comfortable!
