When I turn left, does my right buttock hurt?
Is what they're telling me really the weight of one dumbbell? Isn't it the weight of two combined?
I dislike the AI that gives a 10-second break.
Bent-over + barbell row -> Make the upper body horizontal to the ground and perform the barbell row. The term "barbell bent-over row" is seen for the first time in this app.
๐ฅต๐ฅ this is tiring but fun
It's okay, AI overestimates me too... It's uncomfortable...
It seems that the perceived weight is noticeably different because the angles of the equipment vary... At the last gym, I struggled with 120 degrees, but at this gym, I can manage 140 to 160 degrees.
I really want to lose 10kg.
Can I use the front low machine?
After doing this, the back part of my leg doesn't listen, haha.
Seeing as no one has tips, I'm gonna leave some of my own. 1. If you're just starting out, use a lower weight than you'd expect and true and go slow and steady to get the technique down. 2. As for technique, I find that if you get a bench with a foot brace you can lock your ankles on there if need be (I had terrible balance to start with so it helped) 3. Try to keep the dumbbells vertically in a hammer grip. I find pushing the dumbbell together on the plates will help your stability when you're starting out. 4. This is going to hurt your elbows if you do it wrong so remember, go slow. It should be uncomfortable but not painful. If it hurts readjust your position. 5. For me I prefer the bench at a 45ยฐ angle, but I have longer arms, so adapt as required for your own body type. Good luck guys, you got this ;D
Almost broke into the 15# club today.
Squeeze your rhomboids
Can I do a seated diverging row instead? My gym doesnโt have this machine
What the hell is this crazy guy doing?
30 pieces, you bastard.
