Itโs been about a month since I started core exercises, and it seems like doing 4 sets of 18 isnโt giving me much of a challenge anymore.
hahahahahaha
Why isn't the bar included with the weight. ๐ฅต
The picture is one. If the description is to be taken as shoulder width, then is it two?
I think of lowering it towards the crown of my head. If I lower it with my forehead, the angle of my elbow bends too much, and if I do it wrong while contracting, it can cause pain.
Does the grip type matter? Genuine question
Can I exercise in a pushing form while bent, instead of spreading my arms like in the guide picture?

Compared to a bicycle, I can do this all day.
But does it count as one repetition only if I lower my head completely like in the picture and then raise it again? And does doing each foot once count as one repetition?
Now you're even recommending weights in decimal points, haha. Where did the subscription fee go?

Is it right to do this again after finishing with the bench?
When my elbow rotates, is the pain due to needing to lower the weight or is it because my posture is incorrect?
I donโt know if itโs right but I put a 50lb dumbbell in one hand and Iโm doing my side lat raise with a 25lb in the other. Keeps me very straight and balanced.
This isnโt a tricep pushdown yall. You should be keeping those arms straight and pulling in almost an arc
