Guys pain us just a illusion
My slender biceps are getting bigger, woohoo!!!!!
Nice my PR is 200kg
My elbow hurts...
Shaking during planks like I just made eye contact with the gym crush while hip thrusting 😂🥴
I like lower body exercises.
"Do you really want to die?"
"Don't rest here, elders."

I donlog it as on side not total I think it's better way when I do 25kg it's per side but total would be 50 so I think more accurate is just to log it as on side ...
Why would it not include the weight of the bar on the smith machine?
Wow, they say it's delicious!
Dumbbell squat - dumbbell lunge - dumbbell single-leg deadlift completes the basics for the lower body!
I'll just do 20 of them as one on one side.
Only the missing instruments are coming out;;
Should I pay attention to breathing and intra-abdominal pressure even with light weights? I'm doing 4 sets of 15-17 reps with 30-40 kg, but if I focus on my breathing, I get too out of breath and it's hard to do many reps. On the other hand, if I just breathe normally, I can do it well without getting too tired. Will that put a strain on my back?ㅠㅠ
Huh-eh.
Wtf! Is this possible to do?
Polishing this gym matt with my back
