How can I do this with my body weight?
Why does the front thigh feel tight?
Alright!
4 sets? Are you crazy? We're going for 3 sets.
There is no 0.5 kg.
This is actually fun💪💪
15lbs
Goblet squat, dumbbell lunge. Isn't this too much?
Isn't the term 'one side at a time' being used too casually?
Is it normal for the triceps in the arms to feel more strained than the chest?
Is it just me that my armpits are chafing? Should I just pluck all the hair?
"No, I've been working out for 2 weeks, and 60 kilos for 12 reps is too much, isn't it?"
👊
🥵🥵🥵
My shoulders are a weakness, so from the third set, they definitely get more involved and it hurts a lot, so I immediately lower the weight.
I usually set the weight for both my upper and lower body to around 15 kg. Is it enough to do the leg press without adding any weight, just with the basic setting?
Dis ez 10kg 40 reps x5
What if your toes dont bend like that?
WOW!
The smaller the "triangle" the harder the exercise. Consider opening the triangle at first then progress inward as you get stronger
