Wanted me to do 50, for 13, dropped that down to 15, and 13.
Taking a break from exercise, and now what used to be 60 is hard even at 30...
How do you weigh it?
I end up laughing by myself while doing this, haha.
Where is the 0.5 unit dumbbell?
"Hey, how do you lift 20 kilograms?"
Don't be scared, try adding 10kg more on each side 👻

With the bands if you put it slightly above the knees and upper thighs you feel it SOOO BAD 😩😣 yessssss 🙌🏽

Are you talking about the weight that includes the bar... But how much does the bar weigh?
