Can I just do it on the floor?
I can feel my heart beating.

Is the posture when going up important? Or when coming down?? Both? Haha
Can I lean back a bit when I lift this?
I just respect people who can do pull-ups with just their body weight..🔥
Arm almost fixed (minimum bending) - Set up by lowering the shoulders before starting (scapular depression) - Do not bend the waist - No bouncing
if i do both arms ( two arm row) am i taking away from the exercise?
Maximum relaxation with the feeling of lowering through the chest and back! It really feels intense.
Relax your shoulder and neck, lower your scapula. Don't stop at the lowest point of the right angle (if you stop, your arm). Exercise with smooth movements.

When you replace the exercise go under the “all” tab and type in “walking” then select it for replacement…Baada boom baada bing your off and walking to burn calories
