Why is the left side struggling with the triceps?
Do the same thing using cable. Set cable on lowest settings then adjust weights. Next attach small bar , then pull up behind facing away from cable. Waallaa!!
I love having abs but hate my workouts
Keep increasing the weight, haha. Just change the numbers and that's it.

Sit in front of the chair, support the backrest with your shoulders, push the floor with your feet while puffing out your chest, pushing and lowering, breathing, and stimulating the upper chest.
What should I do about both sides being 45 degrees?

No, it's too heavy even without the original plate...
To work more of the abbs put your bottom of feet back to back and stick your knees out wide
While receiving PT, I'm not exercising, so come out and chat a bit.
