i feel it more on triceps ๐ญ and should i remive my thumb grip?
When doing heavy weight exercises, my head feels temporarily dazed. I feel like it could be a big problem if I get crushed like this, but what could be the reason? Is there a way to overcome this other than just exercising with lighter weights?
