do this with dumbbell bench press as a superset it kills
When I raise the chair because of my height, my heels don't touch the ground, so AI, please stretch my legs a bit.
Wow, there was a way to build biceps without dumbbells, huh? Hahaha.
I also got hit with a weightlifting move.
One-arm cable bicep curl > EZ bar curl > concentration curl > hammer curl, this will help you grow well. For reference, the biceps don't grow quickly because they handle a lot of heavy weights and the muscle fibers are thin, so when doing EZ bar curls, focus on handling heavier weights, and for the rest, concentrate on the contraction and relaxation for stimulation. After finishing, if you do a front double bicep pose, you should see some bicep gains.

I moved to a new gym and there’s no long pull machine, so I’m using the cable machine, but it feels like the weight is really light. Do you have any tips?
Is no one doing this exercise?? There aren't even any coaches to give advice on exercise posture, etc..

20 seconds is too much.
I've been doing bench press for 6 months, but I can't go over 55 kg, haha.

Lunge-squat-lunge, even a crazy PT teacher wouldn't set it up like this, would they..?
A place where ladies look at their phones without leaning over, like in seated leg presses.
The weight is being reduced ㅠㅠㅠ 🥵
