It seems like this is being used repeatedly, is that right? ㅜㅜ
I thought it was 10 people in total so I came in.. Wonhyo Great Master, Samdasu.

Why does my arm feel numb when I do this...? I followed the posture that the gym staff taught me, but as I continue, my right arm gets numb ㅠㅠ I'm not using any weights.
As the sets increase, the number of things you can do decreases a lot, hehe. I'll just randomly reduce the number!

Place the dumbbell on the floor and bend down to grab it, then start.
If you couldn't bear to do side knee-ups at the gym and ran away to this exercise, then that's a big thumbs up..💪
Are you making me do bicep curls and incline dumbbell curls? 🥵

It is also good for hip joint stretching. At the beginning of the workout, loosen the hip joint with abduction and loosen the glutes with adduction, but that doesn't mean you should use light weights.
my wrist hurts so bad 😭😭😭 (some advice?)
