Lifting your legs and not moving too much actually helps your abs. ๐ช

My hip joint has been so stiff... I feel self-loathing and it's painful...
If you do this along with the overhead cable tricep extension as a superset and finish with a close-grip bench, you will be able to see your triceps dancing because they will be so good.
