I did leg day yesterday and then sat down while doing this..🥵

I added lower body to the previous routine, and when I included cycling in the next day's routine, my legs are burning a lot.

Try doing the back extension one leg as well. The stimulation is different and good! When doing it one leg, bend your knee slightly ❤️
