Aš nustebau, kad tai nėra labai sunku, maniau, kad man tai bus per sunku!
My left shoulder is getting tired first. Is it okay to alternate doing about 10 reps with both arms, doing 5 reps with the less painful arm each time?
Lifting 20 kilos for 14 reps in 4 sets is making my back hurt a bit. Is that okay?

What is the difference between this and the incline bench press machine..? The stimulation feels similar, so I'm not sure if I can just do one of themㅠㅠ
