Is this exercise similar to bicep curls?
The bench is too high, so I can't get on it. Should I do something else? ㅠㅜ

Wider than the shoulders is the upper trapezius, the width of the shoulders is the upper and middle trapezius, and when standing with a narrow undergrip, it engages the lower latissimus dorsi.
