AGHHHHHHHHHHGHHHHHHH
make it stop I hate everything about this
Easy 💪
🦍
Does this not count the weight of the empty bag? I can barely manage with 2.5 + 1.25... It's terrible.
29th match, 4th set... Stop increasing it... 🥵
160 is spicy but I use to think the same about 80 pounds. Keep going 👏
10 per arm all together 20 reps 10 on the left 10 on the right. That’s a set. Not 5 on one side and 5 on the other. Get to work 🦍
Anyone else feel stupid doing this excersise 🤣🤣
Grip your pinky finger tightly, do not bend your upper body excessively, keep your elbows close to your body, and focus on your back.
What is it... Do it for 5 sets.
I get cramps in my side thigh too often. Does anyone know how to stretch it?ㅠㅠ
I realized it when the third set was over... that I hadn't done hip-ups... No wonder it was easy... After trying hip-ups, I realized this isn't something you just do.
This exercise will make me realize that I am left-handed.
Is it correct that only the erect muscles are being intensely stimulated?
I don't understand.
The text "우히히히히히힣" does not have a direct translation as it appears to be a playful or whimsical expression, often used to convey laughter or amusement in a lighthearted manner.
Would it be correct to say it feels like stretching?
My figure wriggling and squirming.
What height is appropriate for a chair?
