Why is it that I don't feel stimulation in my chest but in my triceps?

What is the difficulty on the front shoulder area?

Because I'm short, I find it relatively easy to move back and forth since the distance is short.. hahaha
Curling with both arms at the same time, seems a little easier than doing arm individually. But Iโll stick to the program

The difference between 85kg and 95kg feels impossible when lat pulldown tend to be my 4th exercise. And I can barely get through 85kg x 10

Since it's 10 kilograms per dumbbell, does that mean I should do 20 kilograms with both hands?
