How much do I need to do this to get shoulder pads?
10/16 started with 8 kilos, 2/1 20 kilos. Is this right... But it can be done...
It seems like I need to do a set on both sides, but they guide me to do one side at a time as a set. So sweet~ 🥵
I have never done a 60kg anchovy male squat before. Usually, how many kg do people start with?
Achieved lifting 80 after a long time!!

I do it at the end of every day, and if it's too hard, I feel like I've exercised well, but if I feel like I didn't do enough today, I reflect on it.
You can safely stand with your arms hanging vertically to the ground and proceed, or it would be better to do it as a list curl and super set.
It is better to stand safely with your arms hanging down and do reverse curls in a superset.
I'm starting with a warm-up, but I feel like I'm going to throw up.

If you're having trouble running as a beginner I recommend Couch 2 5K (C25K) plans. You can find them without needing the app. The first step is walk 1.5 minutes then jog 1 minute. I've been doing this 1st step for a month and I've had really encouraging progress. For February I'm going to step 2 (Jog 1.5 minutes walk 1 minute)!
