It seems that there is more stimulation in the triceps.. I wonder why that is?
Do you do dummbell single rows or machine rows? How do you do em?
Why are there so many abdominal exercises? Hahaha!
Ab exercises are the hardest ใ
This one def not has hard as other tricep exercises
The weight goes up to 80, so the third set is really killer.
Is it okay to do 10*5 as a warm-up before the main workout?
Didnโt realize how weak my shoulders were until I did 4x10 with 3.5 pound๐ญ๐ญ
When I'm about to finish the last three, it feels like my stomach is going to burst, but after it's over and I relax, the stomach pain disappears so wonderfully.
okay genuine question - my gym doesnโt have this machine, could I get the same effect with dumbbells?
Even if Max keeps saying not to recommend odd-numbered dumbbells, he will still do it, and by the next day, it's reset. ๐๐

Is there a proper posture for standing while doing it? I'm a beginner in exercise, so I'm not sure.
