I forget to count the times while doing it;;; I can't even count up to 15, what a loser.

When I lift 100 kilos steadily, I can go up to 115 all at once.

If you hold it and turn it like driving a half turn to both sides, it will break the front of your shoulder.
The seated row at Wonam feels amazing right after doing it; it really breaks down the back.
