If you have back problems or pain, it might be good to try keeping your shins vertical and sitting as if on a transparent chair.
Don’t worry about the weight. It’s all about muscle contraction. If you can only lift 5, 10 ,15 pounds. Who cares! Make that form perfect as possible and give it your all
Go until failure you get bigger gains
