I cant run either. Why dont they have walking with incline on here lol
I'm literally praying to God right now that no one enter the room on me when I'm doing this
For those with back pain, I recommend the one-leg deadlift instead of insisting on this exercise. Once you get used to the stimulation and balance, try it with dumbbells. The model slightly bends their knees when going down. If the knees are fully straightened, it turns into a good morning exercise, which puts stress on the erector muscles as well. When the hamstrings shorten, they are connected to the posterior chain, which puts strain on the erector muscles and lumbar spine during bending movements, potentially leading to a herniated disc. In that case, it's better to reduce the strain on the back with a one-leg deadlift. This exercise is good, but I recommend learning methods to stimulate the hamstrings and ensuring proper posture before doing it. After all, the stiff deadlift is not a weightlifting exercise, so there's no need to insist on using a barbell.
Why it making me fart 💨
The right iliopsoas is pulling a little more; is something wrong?
I can't do it!
🔥
My upper trapezius hurts, what should I do? ㅠ
This is strange. It's weird.
An exercise that’s so simple is so hard after squats lol
I'm embarrassed because I'm lifting such a pathetic weight next to the gym buffs... 9.6kg feels like 96kgㅠㅠ
It's really hard.
If I try to forcefully lower it to the end of the bridge, my back hurts. Lower it only to a height where my back doesn't touch the ground.
Yay, it feels comfortable to lie down!
The disk sometimes feels tingly, should I lower the weight..? I try to lift it lightly.
The dumbbell lunge is set to 9 kilos, while the kettlebell lunge is set to 1 kilo, what a ridiculous AI.
