am i the only one that gets super low weights for every workout i get, i have to up it by at least 10-20lbs everytime

Is the order of leg curl, extension, and lunge correct? Are you really trying to make me unable to walk?

Instead of overthinking your setbacks, focus on moving forward
I do right side first then left side.
First leg day quads took a week. Hoping it's a big better this time xD
