I’m confused how does this work?
Keep feeling these more in my forearms. Hard to grip the heavier the weight

10 is rough but worth it.
Does it work even if I only sit halfway on this???
Might need to up my warm up and working set 🎉
It says it starts from 15, but 5 is the best.
Can you do 30? Or 4 sets?
