Wide grip chin ups are hard ,
Every time I do this, I see bite marks on the cushion edge where my jaw touches, and it's making me feel uneasy... Did I exercise while biting this?
No, our gym might not know that sitting in the opposite direction from the sample video is wrongㅠㅠ I followed the video and sat like thatㅠㅠ I was sitting upside down by myself.
