I did a dumbbell balance, but my right thigh feels relatively more tense than my left thigh. Is this normal? It hurts so much that it's affecting my lower body workouts afterwards. What should I do?

What is a warm-up set? Why do you do more?
Is it normal for the soles of my feet to hurt...?
I did it with my legs trembling like a aspen tree.
It is not called a gay movement.
30 kilos is too much.
Haha, I was looking at Saki as a side dish, but I couldn't even finish a set of 6 kilograms, so I just threw it away and chose Saki.
Reading the comments, everyone says they feel the stimulation in their triceps instead of their chest... Why do I only not feel it in my triceps... I'm doing 15 reps with 5 kg dumbbells at a 30-degree angle, and I feel stimulation in my chest, but when I'm pushing the dumbbells, it feels like my forearms are bearing all the weight... But then when I lower them, I only feel stimulation in my chest... lol Could it be because my triceps are underdeveloped?
It's heavy, but if I rest for just 40 seconds... it's tough.
Every time I go down, I hear a cracking sound from my elbowㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I'm really stiff, and even just doing a 'G' pose hurts the back of my knee more than my hamstring. Do I need to do this a lot?
🔥
i wish my top would appreciate this effort 🍑🥵🙄
Boy that pain gon pay off soon though
Don't give up consistently is key👊
🔥🔥🔥🔥
If you use a handle rope, you'll get a lot of stimulation.
Am I the only one who feels like I'm going to fall backwards in the future...? It's so scary, haha.
