The stimulation is incredibly intense, but it's a really tough workout. After doing one side, you become afraid to do the other side.
Is it correct that doing resistance 13 for 30 minutes burns this many calories? The calorie consumption is over 800.
If you place a long foam roller against the wall and hinge your hips well while resting your knee on it, it feels amazing!
