Wow, my triceps are getting bigger.
I have lost 19kg just with cardio and diet, and now I am trying to build muscle and reduce visceral fat. However, my arms and legs ache and feel weak every day, so I wonder if this is the right approach.
Why is there only a dumbbell when I want to use the EZ bar? Please update the EZ bar too. ㅠ
