If you want to make these more challenging while targeting a different part of your quads. Point your toes together for a set and then point them out for a set. I do 7 normal, 7 point in, 7 point out. Try it! Let me know!

Hammer curls I don't waste time with normal dumbbell curls. Use a ez-bar for more weight and comfort for you wrist and go 12-15 reps in all workouts for hypertrophy and you will see be gains fast.
