Iโm a beginner, and at first, there was a lot of popping sounds from my shoulders. I changed my posture to the correct form while looking in the mirror and even asked someone who has been working out for a long time. Since there was a sound, I replaced it with other exercises for a month or two, but after building some core strength and increasing the weight, I donโt hear the sound anymore when I lift again!!
If you shift the center of gravity a bit forward, it becomes more fun.
