There's no movement at all with the grass.
It's really hard.
I can't get a bench press spot, so I always just do this. Ugh.....
I was suspected of being scolded for holding the picture upside down.
My face is trembling... Should I think of it as bending down to do it?

It seems like an exercise that can effectively work the lower body in a simple yet certain way. While it's focused on the lower body, the dumbbells are heavy, so you also need to support it with your arm strength. Personally, I prefer to take a wider stance, so I tend to do stationary lunges.
