It seems that the point is to lie on your side as if using an armrest.
My neck hurts so muchㅠ
No, how do you manage the weight the app tells you? I can barely do it if I have to lose 10 kilograms.
Every time I have to do the other leg after doing one side, I feel resentful towards the world.
My leg doesn't go all the way up....
