My upper body... It doesn't come up as much as in the video, and just lifting a little off the floor is really painful. Is this really exercise...?
Starting with triceps, gaemadori.
Been using an assisted chin up machine and man itโs made a massive difference! Slow and steady wins the race yall. Stay safe ๐
The guide's action description says to hold the dumbbell, but that's not in the video, right? It seems to be talking about that!
When it says 65 pounds, they mean the weight of the bar and the weights combined right?
I feel like I'm going to die.

8kg 12 times...? How much more weight are you planning to increase??
My legs are literally shaking
Is a 20-second break correct??
I am doing it with just a barbell without a weight plate, and I only feel the stimulus in my hamstrings when lowering it, not when lifting. Is this the correct way to do it?
Wow, I'm going to die.
Introduction to the (Road of Hell)

Iโm doing this for the first time, and my knees hurt. Is this normal??
Alternative machines for this
